Exchange & Return Policy
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to let us know you'd like to return or exchange it. This is your right under EU consumer law, and we honor it without questions.
What Can Be Returned
- Unworn bracelets in their original packaging
What Can't Be Returned
- Bracelets that have been worn or had essential oil applied (hygiene reasons)
- Items damaged after delivery through normal wear
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Send us a note at hello@studiosaula.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Tell us your order number and whether you want a refund or an exchange. We'll reply with return instructions.
Return Shipping
You cover the cost of sending the item back to us. We recommend a tracked service — we can't refund items that don't arrive.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and we've checked it, we'll refund the original purchase amount to the payment method you used. Refunds usually appear within 5 business days, though your bank may take a little longer.
Exchanges
For exchanges, we'll send the replacement once your original item reaches us. Shipping on the replacement is on us.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your bracelet arrives damaged or faulty, write to us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund — your choice.
