Shipping & Delivery Conditions

Order Preparation

Each Studio Saula piece is prepared by hand. Orders are packaged within 24 hours of confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. Every piece is handled with protective gloves and shipped in a sealed pouch to ensure it reaches you exactly as it left the studio.

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping tiers at checkout. The available options depend on your delivery address.

Standard Shipping

  • Europe: 3–7 business days
  • Rest of world: 7–14 business days

Express Shipping

  • Europe: 1–2 business days
  • Worldwide: 2–5 business days

Shipping Rates

  • Standard shipping is free across Europe.
  • Standard shipping to the rest of the world: €15
  • Express shipping is paid for all destinations. The exact rate is shown at checkout.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is in transit. Tracking updates depend on the carrier and the destination.

Address Accuracy

Please double-chhipping address at checkout. Once a parcel is in the carrier's network, we cannot redirect it. If you spot a mistake immediately after ordering, send us a note within 1 hour and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.

Customs and Import Duties

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the customer's responsibility. They are not included in the order total and we have no way to estimate or pre-pay them on your behalf.

Insurance

All shipments are sent with basic carrier insurance covering loss or damage during transit. If your parcel arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the expected window, see "If Something Goes Wrong" below.

Delivery Windows

Delivery times listed are estimates based on carrier averages and do not include order preparation time. Total time from purchase to delivery = order preparation (1–2 business days) shipping time listed above. Delays caused by customs, public holidays, or carrier disruptions are outside our control but we'll do our best to help if something goes wrong.

If Something Goes Wrong

Parcel not arrived: If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window plus 3 business days, send us a note at hello@studiosaula.com with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Damaged on arrival: Write to us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the damage. We'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Lost in transit: If the carrier confirms a parcel is lost, we'll ship a replacement or refund your order in full — your choice.
