Every Studio Saula bracelet comes with a 2-year warranty.

What's Covered

  • Defects in materials or workmanship present at the time of purchase
  • Premature failure of clasps, links, or locket mechanisms under normal use
  • Plating or finish defects that aren't caused by wear

What's Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, gradual fading, oxidation)
  • Damage from chemicals (perfume, lotion, sunscreen, chlorine, saltwater)
  • Damage from drops, impact, or pulling
  • Loss or theft
  • Modifications or repairs made by anyone other than us
  • Scent pads and other consumables

How to Make a Claim

Send us a note at hello@studiosaula.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue
  • A short description of when and how the problem appeared

We respond within 48 hours and tell you the next step.

What Happens Next

We'll start with a free repair or replacement. If neither is possible within a reasonable time, you can choose between a price reduction or a full refund.

For the first 12 months after delivery, we assume any defect was present at purchase. After that, we may ask for more information to assess whether the issue is a manufacturing defect or wear-related.

Shipping for Warranty Claims

We cover return shipping for any item accepted as a warranty claim. We'll send you a prepaid label or reimburse your shipping cost.

If we determine the issue isn't covered (e.g., it's wear or accidental damage), we'll let you know — you can choose to have the item shipped back to you (at your cost) or recycled.

Beyond the Warranty

We care about the pieces we make. If something goes wrong after the 2-year period, send us a note anyway. We'll see what we can do!
