How to use it safely

Essential oil is concentrated. It belongs on the felt pad inside your locket, never directly on skin.

• Do not apply undiluted to skin — it can irritate.
• Keep away from your eyes.
• Not for internal use.
• Keep out of reach of children, and away from pets.
• If you are pregnant or nursing, ask your doctor first. Avoid in the first three months, and with infants under three months.

Storing it

Keep the bottle tightly closed, upright, somewhere cool and out of direct light. Oil that has oxidised can irritate skin, and light is what oxidises it fastest.

1. Open the locket
   Twist it open to reach the felt pad inside.
2. One drop is enough
   Place a single drop of Good Mood Oil onto the pad and give it a few seconds to soak in.
3. Close and wear
   Click the locket shut. Your body warmth releases the scent slowly, close to you rather than across the room.
4. Top up or switch
   Add a drop when it fades. To change scent entirely, start with a fresh pad so the two do not muddy each other.

One bottle holds roughly 200 drops, so a daily drop lasts about four months.
